RAEV Bikes, a relatively new company in the EV industry, made its debut in the market in 2023. RAEV Bikes is a company that is passionate about creating ebikes that are not only stylish but also functional. Their bikes are designed to be ridden with ease and comfort, making them perfect for those who love to explore the outdoors. As a new company, RAEV Bikes sought to establish its brand through social media marketing, build a community, and leverage the power of Meta Advertising and email marketing.

Our approach was to first focus on the largest platforms where most of their target audience spends the most time. Then, we sought to gain a competitive advantage and establish our credibility by building a community for the brand. Finally, we utilized personalized email marketing strategies to cultivate customer relationships and drive conversions.

RAEV Bikes have a healthy number of email subscibers and they wanted utilize email marketing to build a personal relationship with their target audiences and maximize revenue.

With Klaviyo as our go-to email marketing tool, we've experienced unparalleled success in our email marketing strategies.

Segmentation - We started by cleaning up our email list and sorting them into list and segments.
Automation - Our approach involved leveraging email flows. Firstly, we established a welcome email series following the Learn > Like > Trust > Buy principle. Subsequently, we implemented multiple custom abandoned cart email series specific to each product to enhance conversion rates.
Custom email templates - To create personalized email campaigns, we utilized the user-friendly drag-and-drop email template builder, Stripo.

By implementing effective tactics such as adding additional discounts, we effectively expanded our subscriber base to over 12K and achieved a significant milestone by generating $761K in Klaviyo attributed revenue, with 79.61% of the revenue is from email Flows while 20.39% are from email campaigns within a span of less than 7 months.
